 ¼ = 1 pickup                                                                                                                                              $125.00                       

½ = 2 pickups                                                                                                                                             $200.00

¾ = 3 pickups                                                                                                                                             $275.00

Full Load = 3-4 pickups                                                                                                                               $325.00

Minimum Charge: $125.00                                                                                                         WE ARE FULLY INSURED

·        All the loading (No matter where the items are located), dumping fees, and broom clean-up is included.

·        For full loads, you will receive 2 workers and 2 hours to fill the truck.

·        Single item rates are determined by the type of item.

·        Additional fees may apply to heavy loads (drywall, books, or concrete, etc.) & labor intensive jobs (Exceeding 2 Hours).

·        We can give you a ballpark rate over the phone, but we will provide you with an exact price when the job is estimated.

Lock Changes

      ●    We offer lock changing services following an eviction. Lock sets can be provided for an additional charge. 

Evictions

      ●    Depending on the location and laws we must follow, evictions that require us to “set             $125.00 hr

            out only” are billed hourly. Eviction items that can be loaded the same day are priced

            by the load.
